Le Petit Prince x LeSportsac

LeSportsac and the estate of Antoine de Sant-Expury came together to celebrate the 75th Anniversary of the author’s book Le Petit Prince. This story has been translated in over 400 languages and has sold 200 million stories worldwide. It was important to design the collection in a way that showed the universal story of love through the eyes of a young boy in a delicate and fantastical way. To achieve this, materials such as delicate embroidery, shimmer fabric and layered imagery and text were use in the prints. I loved working on this and hope that the message that fans loved in the book resonated in the pieces as well.
